Chili`s in Fort Wortd

Chili's is a nice chain table service restaurant with reasonably priced and good food overall. This particular Chili's no exception. The food is good, the restaurant is well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I've been there several times over the past few months and never had a bad experience. Recently, while there for lunch I ordered the steak and asked for it medium. When I got it I realized that it was well done (no pink at all). It still tasted good and I was in a hurry so I hadn't planned to say anything but the server came by and asked how everything was and I commented that he should give the folks in the kitchen a hard time about it. I made it clear that I was okay with it I, I thought, that was that. The next thing I knew the manager was at my table insisting, in a friendly way, to make it right. I don't expect places to be perfect but that kind of attention to detail and concern about the customer experience is exactly what I like to see.

Horrible customer service! After waiting an additional 30 min for my food, I received cold food and rude service. When I called to let them know all I got was excuses. I will not order from Chili’s again and I would suggest everyone else to order with caution unless you like cool food.

Super rude. I understand that we're living in Corona-times but that's no excuse.

Terrible experience which is par for the course with this Chili’s. Ordered to go food for 45 minutes after the time I was ordering. Get there, wait 35 minutes, still no food. I left and called asking for the manager whom I was told was too busy to talk to me. Needless to say I had the employee who answered the phone cancel my order and we will see if I get my money back

Did you know that the pandemic is over in White Settlement TX? Yeah, neither did I! While I was having lunch there were 10 people that entered the building without a mask with them, much less ON! I asked the hostess if they had lifted the mask requirements (I thought I had missed it). She stated that they had to be work in but then they can be removed. I pointed out that she had JUST seated 4 people that didn't wear masks in and she just looked confused. IF YOU ARE COMMUNITY CONSCIOUS, DON'T EAT HERE!!

I went to the Chili’s drive through yesterday night and it was really good for once. I got Cagin pasta. And the pasta was soft and not hard and chewy like usual. I hope they keep the to go orders this good. There was nice staff and they were well organized.

My hubby and I decided to order the Chili's to go the three for $25. Which was pretty good for a quick bite of something to eat home cooked food. Quick and simple.

This location is always giving us really bad service. Food order is wrong even if we only do mobile order. I order my regular salad that came with avocado. I know that they always only give me a skimpy serving of avocado. So i decided to order a side of avocado. Got my order and my salad had no avocado. I got charged for extra avocado and all i got was an even smaller amount of avocado than i felt should be for "extra". We also ordered onion rings and only got 4 onion rings.

Good stake. But. Customer services was not that great I ordered my stake to come out with wine. And they forgot. Stake was 35% blobby fat. Not much meat. But was tasty. My drinks was not coasted. And. They didnt even wait to see if my stake was. Cooked right just dropped plate and ran. So I have to say food was ok but service was not and due to covid. They only had. A few customers so i dont understand why they could. Tend more to a paying customer

Hats off to Chili’s on 820 and Clifford there guest recovery is awesome.We decided to try Chili’s tonight.Customer service was great our server was Nick very attentive even though being triple sat. But the real highlight tonight was the food everything HOT and fresh me and my wife was very pleased with the portion size and over all taste of food and Margaritas.We will definitely be back with Friends and Family!!

Had order chili’s one evening I have always ate at the Clifford chili’s because it has always been the best around the Fort Worth area but the last time I ordered I was pretty disappointed , I arrived early to pick up my order they were still getting it ready , got my order got home which is 2-4 min from chili’s to cold food plus they must of been running out of food because my son and husband were lucky if they had 8 fries on their plate I order broccoli which there was 3 pieces and blossom petals that had no sauce and where like rubber.Don’t know what happen if they were having food shortage or help shortage that evening but ordering for 6 people is not cheap plus a tip to get cold food not to happy

Terrible service. Will never return. Not busy employees walking around talking to each other. Waited 20 minutes hostess came by 2 times and said someone was coming. (Again not busy) Sat the table across from us and less than 30 seconds a server was there to assist.

Took 2hrs to seat down because a table was there for 4 hours talk the last 2

Great managers, servers prioritize customer needs and are friendly, and speedy service. Loaded boneless wings are great!

My Ribs were dry and the corners were hard and the string beans were over cooked and had NO flavor. Garlic mashed potatoes were good

My first visit. I was with a large group a family of 6. The waiter was Charming, efficient and overall did a very good job. The food was good. Asparagus was a tad bit over spiced but all in all I was quite pleased.

Today was 3rd time that I've ordered food and than ended up sitting in parking lot for a half an hour, waiting... than I make phone call again making sure they are awesr I'm sitting outside... why 45 min later they bring me COLD food!!!!???...why is it cold tho??So my order is sitting somewhere for no reason while I'm waiting for it??

The food and drinks were good just had a little wait.

Seats larger groups ahead of smaller no matter when u place reservation. Excuse had to wait for table to open, reality half the tables were open...

I always enjoy getting my to go order from here. They always do a wonderful job they always get my food out just the way I like it. Go to Chili’s

Went to this location to order Mac and cheese meal for my daughter, took them about 25 minutes to bring it out, I don’t mind the wait as long as the food is worth it, I get the food, it’s cold to the touch, no napkins, no utensils. A little organization goes a long way. Do better. Thanks

If you don't mind the employees sitting next to you and your kids cussing up a storm while sitting at a table in the bar section talking to another customer about his work and that he has to travel to Virginia on Monday at the companies expense and that he really doesn't want to "leave her" otherwise traveling on the companies expense is great. Then this is the place for you. As for me and my family we will go somewhere else to find a more family friendly environment. This place clearly does not care about the family environment.

Went here last night after work and it was LIT! I'm happy to say our service was fast and upbeat. Our server was polite and kept our drinks filled. I ordered a BlackBerry lemonade with vodka it was pretty good!

The food is good. The beer is cold. The service has always (mostly) been good. Will keep coming.

I ordered $ 60 worth of food. 2 10 oz steaks and some other food. One steak was supposed to be medium well and the other well done. Both of my steaks were burnt. We literally had to pick them apart and end up putting them in the trash because Kevin the manager on duty told us he would be sending us new steaks in 20-30 mins. That was at 8:17 PM. We have not received our steaks or any type of communication from the restaurant. I am very disappointed in the meal we received and the fact I paid so much for trash. We order from this chili’s at least 2-3 times a week between my husband and I so I am extremely disappointed with the service we received tonight.

I've been running door dash during this insane time. This restaurant has had it together during all the weird transition times. They are always friendly, and super fast. I also have been trying to support restaurants during this time And this is the only one who ever got my entire order correct. It's no surprise that I chose this to be my first out to eat place since it opened! Come here for friendly staff, fast service, and yummy food!

Table was pretty sticky when we were seated, noticed several tables around us had not been bussed. The resturant was not busy (no wait time to be seated) so I don't know if this was due to a staffing issue. The table across from us stayed uncleared for our entire meal. Would have been a 5 star review, the food and service was excellent but the atmosphere was pretty nasty. Probably won't return. At this point I can't recommend this location due to lack of cleanliness.

Food was awesome. Got the lunch double burger- comes w fries and if cheesy and yummy is your thing I def recommend

The bar area provides great service. Timely and helpful. Good food and drinks.

The Boss burger!! 1/2 lb beef Patty, 1/4 lb smoked brisket, 1/4 lb jalapeno sausage, 1/4 smoked pork and bacon to top it off.This burger 'screams' Texas indulgence. But, I love it.

We went for dinner and drinks this past Friday and we had an overall great experience! The food was really good and drinks were awesome! Our waitress and bartender Cassie went out her way to make sure our food was out on time and our drinks refilled. We definitely will be returning customers as Cassie our bartender and everyone else have us excellent service! 5 star service!!

Service is good but I think they should offer a discount for healthcare workers and not just police and firemen during this time

Great food. Great sevice. Place was very clean and felt like they were concerned about my health and safety.

We order 6 oz sirloin steaks medium rare. They were brought out well done. We went to pay on the kiosk and our bill went from $50 to $62. Our bill shouldn't be more than $35. The waiter fixed it but we gave him correct change and he ended up shorting our change. Plus he admitted to just graduating with a Bachelors in Finance?? 😳😳😳 He was nice and professional but no attention to detail.

Service was good but rice was placed on hot plate and became crispy, corn tortillas were terrible they tasted old. The fajita meat was good though. Nice and tender.

No ribs on a Friday night, then later on our way out the door, we spotted a table with ribs. Prior to leaving the manager came to our table and apologize about the no ribs. Tell me how do you explain someone else with ribs after you say that you sold out? The Price of the three for $10.00 dose not include three types of meat. This was misleading. The waitress was nice and friendly.

My absolute favorite house margarita! Not to mention all the other options for margaritas. And they offer them to go!

Ordered the Cajun chicken pasta for my wife and I, it was sent back. Tasted like somome opened a jar of off brand Alfredo sauce and nooked it for a quick minute. Waste of time and money. I've ordered this dish for years, talk about disappointment. The manger took the meals off but was snotty about it. Acted like it was my fault for not liking it. Won't be back to this location anytime soon.

The restaurant has everyone sitting apart from each other. The staff always wears a mask. We had fast and friendly service.

Cassey is an exceptional server and bartender! This was our first visit in 3 months to a sit down restaurant after TX allowed 25% of it to open for dine-in eating! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
